The successor of Honor 4X the Honor 5X, Honor Holly 2 Plus launching in India, are going to be Huawei’s flagships this year. The Honor 5X was showcased in the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, will be expected in the price range of 10,000 to 15,000 INR. Coming to the specs, the Honor 5X is 8.2 mm thick with a 5.5-inch screen size and well-built metal body.
The phone supports dual-SIM input and supports both nano and micro SIM slots, considering the Indian market this is a brilliant feature to target the people trying to maintain two phones and giving a competition to the One Plus in this matter. The chip used on the phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 and the Adreno 405 GPU, with Lollipop 5.1.1 Android OS. There are two variants of the phone both of which have 16 GB internal memory and 2 GB and 3GB RAM based on the pricings.
The camera sports a 13 MP dual-flash resolution with f/2.0, 28mm aperture size and the 5 MP front camera. Surprisingly, the Honor 5X is still sticking to the micro USB rather than the USB Type-C.The fingerprint sensor is on the back below the camera. The battery is of 3000 mAh and the color variants are White, Black, and Gold.
Along with this phone, the Huawei Honor Holly 2 Plus takes the competition targeting the customer who can easily afford a phone under 10,00 INR, predictably. The phone has 16 GB internal memory with 2 GB RAM. The camera is of 13 MP back camera and 5 MP front camera. The battery is pumped a little to a massive 4000 mAh. The phone antennas include cellular 4G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, micro USB cable support and the SIM is CDMA compatible.
The phone released by Huawei are showing a great progress, the Nexus 6P as an example. And the Honor series is becoming more affordable with a quality build.
