HP Inc. released the world’s thinnest notebook HP Spectre on April 5th and it is amazing. Though HP and Microsoft worked closely to make it similar to the Surface Pro series, the result was a powerful notebook with many great features in it to provide. This particular model is giving competition to the Dell XPS 15, Toshiba Satellite Radius 15 and the Apple MacBook Air. The device is just 10.4 mm which is crazy thin with sixth generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors.

The new Spectre x360 is the newer version of its 13-inch model, with a 15.6-inch multitouch display and close to 1.1 kg in weight. Some of the major differences are that now HP provides a 4k option for the screen of resolution 3840×2160. Coming to the processor, it has the Core i7 along with Iris Graphics 540. The new Hinge gives full rotation and is quite stable at any angle. It also helps you to convert this notebook into a massive tablet. The body is all metal with chamfered edges with mirror sides.  The bezels are big considering the total size of the notebook. The keyboard to the Spectre is backlit which is comfortable to use for any hand size. The sound system of the notebook offers four speakers, two beside the keyboard by Bang & Olufsen. The bottom-mounted speakers are activated when the laptop is converted into tablet mode.

The RAM available to the notebook is 16 GB DDR4, which is capped. The secondary storage, however, is only 512 GB or 256 GB only, depending on which version of the new Spectre you might buy. The ports in the notebook are mini DisplayPort and HDMI along with the USB Type-C point which supports 5 GB data transfer to the peripherals connected. It also has headphone/microphone dual jack and 2 USB 3.0 ports. The 64.5 Whr battery can supposedly last from 9 to 13 hours at most because the screen drains it eventually.
