Xiaomi, amidst the hustle it created with its Xiaomi Mi5 at MWC, silently launched the Xiaomi Mi4S in China. This announcement in China was made by Lei Jun. Xiaomi Mi4S is powered by hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone has a spacious 64GB of in built storage. The Xiaomi Mi4S also has an expandable memory slot, unlike most MiX series phones. On the camera front, the Mi4S has a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP f selfie shooter.

The device runs on MIUI on Android 6.0 Marshmallow has a juicy 3260mAh LiPo battery. It measures 139.26 x 70.76 x 7.80 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 133.00 grams.

The Mi4S is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone (Again, unlike most MiX series phone like Mi4 and Mi3 which come with single SIM slot). Connectivity options on Mi4S include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer, and Gyroscope. The device comes with a FHD 5 inch screen and a fingerprint scanner. Xiaomi Mi4s has double glass body and will come in Gold, Black, Silver and Pink colour options.

The Xiaomi Mi4s has been priced at Rs 17,480 in China.
